IS ANY PRE-TREATMENT CARE NECESSARY?

No pre-treatment care is needed but you may choose to take arnica tablets for 7 days beforehand in order to reduce any bruising. It is also advisable to avoid taking any fish oil supplements around the time of your treatment, as this can increase the possibility of bruising. DO NOT drink alcohol 24h before , DO NOT take part in strenuous exercise
AVOID taking aspirin/ ibuprofen .
